Historic Charlton Park's Rental of the Pavilion for an event runs from April through October. The facility holds 220 people seated at picnic tables and features a fire pit, restrooms and electric. *New* playground equipment was recently installed directly across from the Pavilion. The rental fee is $150 - $200 per day, for functions with 1-220 guests, and $300 - $400 per day, for functions with 220+ guests. Only one picnic/event can be booked per day at the Pavilion. Please read the Rental Rules and Amenities before submitting a reservation request.
